We are currently offering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes specifically designed for children. Our classes focus on teaching the fundamental techniques of this leverage-based martial art, emphasizing control holds to effectively diffuse situations without resorting to unnecessary aggression. In addition to physical skills, we prioritise instilling verbal assertiveness and proven de-escalation strategies in your child, equipping them to handle confrontations with bullies and ensuring their safety.
